“SVAMITVA Scheme Resolves Disputes and Strengthens Villages” – Union Minister Rajiv Ranjan SinghNew Delhi: In a historic milestone for rural India, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi led the country’s largest-ever property card distribution drive under the SVAMITVA Scheme, granting 65 lakh villagers their rightful ownership documents in a single day. Governors, Chief Ministers, Union Ministers, MPs, MLAs, and local representatives from all over India attended the video conference-based distribution ceremony. Nine Union Ministers personally oversaw regional programs, and over 237 districts—representing over 50,000 villages across 10 states and two Union Territories—participated in the event.
With this most recent accomplishment, the SVAMITVA Scheme has now distributed 2.25 crore property cards, which is a significant step towards economic stability and rural empowerment.

- Smt. Rachna, who is from Rajasthan expressed relief at the sharp decline in property disputes in her village.
- Shri Roshan Sambha Patil (Maharashtra) increased his farming operations by using his property card.
- Smt. Gajendra Sangita (Odisha) spoke about the advancement of gender equality in her village, where women now own property.
- Jammu & Kashmir resident Shri Varinder Kumar talked about how having a property card made him feel safe and included.

The program's innovative approach to property rights was hailed by Union Minister Shri Rajiv Ranjan Singh, who described it as a turning point for rural India.
