Bhubaneswar: In a small but important change in the government, the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) has seen a shift in its team. The General Administration and Public Grievance Department has announced that Manoj Kumar Sahu, an experienced IAS officer from the 2006 batch, will now work as the Personal Secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
