10. Cyclone Fengal Approaches Tamil Nadu 

High tides, rain, and strong winds have all been delivered to Tamil Nadu's coastal areas by Cyclone Fengal, which is presently building over the southwest Bay of Bengal. As the cyclone approaches landfall, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued advisories for Puducherry, North Tamil Nadu, and portions of south Andhra Pradesh.
