According to a report by real estate data firm Zapkey, the sale was officially registered on September 5, 2024, with the buyer being Shweta Bathija, a partner at Kamalini Holdings in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The property spans a built-up area of 3,075 sq. ft., including a 565 sq. ft. parking space.
The sale carried a stamp duty of ₹1.92 crore, along with a registration fee of ₹30,000. Interestingly, Kangana had taken a ₹27 crore loan against the property in December 2022.
