The first sighting happened last Friday night. Local residents spotted the tiger and quickly alerted the forest department. Forest officers wasted no time and rushed to the scene. They scoured the area, focusing on Udaypur, the Kuaria River, and several other spots. Despite their thorough search, they couldn’t find the tiger.

The discovery of tiger paw prints added to the fear, making the threat very real for everyone in the village. The forest department has been actively informing the villagers to stay vigilant. The officials specifically warned people in Suvalaya, Sorada, Dwaragaon, Dindabhui, and Madhyakhanda to be on the lookout.

A six-member team from the Madhyakhanda forest division is now dedicated to tracking the tiger’s movements. They are closely monitoring the area to ensure the safety of the villagers. Despite their efforts, the type of tiger remains unknown, leaving an air of mystery and unease.

This unexpected tiger terror has dramatically changed daily life in Dashpalla. People are now hesitant to leave their homes, especially after dark. The usual evening gatherings and outdoor activities have come to a halt as the fear of encountering the tiger looms large.

Local markets and shops are also feeling the impact. With fewer people venturing out, business has slowed down. Shopkeepers and vendors are anxious, hoping for a quick resolution so life can return to normal.

Forest officials are doing everything they can to catch the tiger and ensure everyone’s safety. They have set up traps and are using tracking devices to follow any signs of the animal. Villagers are advised to report any sightings immediately to help the officials in their search.

While the situation is tense, the community’s spirit remains strong. Neighbours are checking on each other, making sure everyone is safe and informed. The village of Dashpalla is facing this challenge together, united by their shared concern and determination to protect their home.

As development continues to encroach on natural habitats, encounters like these may become more common. For now, the people of Dashpalla are hoping for a swift end to their ordeal and the safe capture of the wandering tiger.
