Bhawanipatna, August 10, 2024 — The Bhawanipatna Cluster-Level Science Fair 2024 turned out to be an exciting and educational event for students from various Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandirs. The fair took place at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Vrindabati Vihar, and saw enthusiastic participation from 250 students representing nine different schools.
These students showcased their talents and knowledge in various subjects, including science, mathematics, and cultural studies. The event was not just about displaying projects; it also featured paper presentations, experiments, and even a quiz competition, making it an all-rounded learning experience.
A total of 18 teachers, along with 9 principals and 20 coordinators, worked hard to ensure the fair ran smoothly. Their dedication and hard work were evident in the way the event was organized. The students were able to engage in activities that made learning both fun and meaningful.
One of the highlights of the fair was the participation of 15 experienced teachers from Bhawanipatna, who served as judges. These teachers, who specialize in subjects like mathematics, science, arts, and music, carefully evaluated the students’ projects and performances.
The inaugural ceremony was a significant moment, with Mr. Dushmanta Shekhar Padhi, the Science Inspector of Kalahandi district, as the chief guest. He was joined by Cluster Coordinator Mr. Manoj Mund and Mr. Ashok Kumar Mund, the President of Vrindabati Vihar. Together, they set a positive tone for the event.
During the award distribution ceremony, Cluster Head Mr. Ashok Singh and Chief Guest Mr. Jay Singh Majhi, the Additional Education Officer, handed out prizes to the deserving students.
The fair’s success was largely due to the tireless efforts of the organizing team, including Mr. Shyam Sundar Panda, Editor, Mr. Ashok Kumar Sahu, Principal, and all the teachers involved. Their commitment ensured that the students had a memorable and enriching experience.
